Jacob Schrader didn’t set out to start a construction company. He just kept showing up, doing the work right, and earning the kind of trust that turns first-time clients into lifelong friends. Elle Gray was born from that mindset—named after his twins, inspired over oysters at Meat Market Tampa, and built on the belief that homes should reflect the people who live in them.
